  Spent the last two days doing 1-1 sessions with Peter. If you're seriously interested in bonsai then I'd recommend this. To learn from someone at the top of their field is a rare opportunity and one I'll never forget, you can only learn so much from reading. Peter has a huge variety of trees at different stages of development. I managed to find a Cedrus brevifolia which I had been looking for for a long time which we went on to style and I took home for a fraction of its value. The accommodation is a brand new barn conversion which sleeps 7 and Peter made sure the fridge, freezer and cupboards were well stocked, all for no extra cost. I was made to feel very welcome and would certainly advice staying here. See you next spring!

  Having dropped in a couple of months ago and been impressed with the array of trees available, the selection of materials to create your own bonsai and the amount of starter material, I booked onto a workshop with Peter. This was an amazing day and I completely fell in love with bonsai and their creation. I went to the sale last Friday and then just had to go back again on Monday! All the staff I have met have been friendly and helpful, going out of their way to explain what I could do with untrained material I bought. I will be going back for another workshop and, no doubt, more starter trees as well! Thank-you Peter and all your wonderful staff.
